Bio:  Nicole is a dedicated professional with 10+ years of professional experience including direct instruction, professional coaching/training, program management, and content development. Passionate about designing and facilitating professional development experiences that foster collaboration and problem-solving. Strengths include strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to develop positive relationships, and making learning opportunities accessible for all audiences. Serving as program manager, content creator, and training facilitator for the Center for School Behavioral Health educational presentations and training opportunities. Managing all aspects of the Emotional Backpack Project including recruitment, evaluation, coaching facilitators, logistics, and coordination of participants and schools across the Greater Houston area.
